The date is in the quote. If we miss it through our own fault, we return the deposit.
The contract sets the total
The project plus twelve months of maintenance. If you decide to leave early, the outstanding balance falls due.

Handed over with ownership, no lock-in. We only withhold it if the agreed payments stop.
Because "request a quote" makes you hand over your details just to find out whether you can afford something. We would rather you knew now. If your project does not fit these numbers we will say so on the first call instead of costing you two weeks.
Yes, and that has not changed. The first look costs nothing: we go through your site, tell you what is wrong and send you a proposal. The €150 audit is a different thing: the full analysis with keywords, competitors and your Google listing, the prioritised plan in writing and a half-hour call. And if you then commission a project, you do not pay for it.
Slightly, yes. On instalments we hand over the site before it is paid for and carry that risk for a year, so paying outright works out cheaper. What you are buying is not paying it all at once. Each package shows the first-year total for both routes side by side. From month thirteen you pay only maintenance, and you can stop whenever you like.
That happens often. The packages cover what a local business usually needs; if you need integrations with your management software, complex bookings or several languages, we quote it separately using these prices as the starting point.
The contract covers the project plus twelve months of maintenance whether you pay outright or in instalments: €49 a month with hosting, domain, backups, updates and small changes. The code is yours from day one, but if you decide to leave before the twelve months are up, the outstanding balance of the agreed total falls due.
